New Student Checklist for Registration 2025-2026

Welcome! 

 

Please see below for details on joining the Black Knight family.  This is a condensed version of the items we will need to get you registered. Please call the Counseling Department to obtain directions for registration and/or to schedule a registration appointment.

 

We will need the following items for registration:

1. online registration through www.greenek12.org

2. copy of the birth certificate

3. parenting plan/custody docs (if parents are no longer married)

4. TN Immunization Certificate (health physical signature if coming from out-of-state)

5. 3 items for proof of residency: 1) mortgage statement or lease, 2) utility bill, and 3) valid photo ID w/address

6. grades, attendance, and discipline report for the previous school year
