About Dr. Donahue

I am in my 14th year in education, where I have had the opportunity to teach a variety of courses including U.S. History, World History, Bible History, and Intro to Business. I am a proud graduate of South Greene High School and continued my academic and athletic career at Walters State Community College, where I earned my Associate of Science in History while playing basketball. I then attended Milligan University, where I was a two-year letter winner and team captain for the basketball program while earning my Bachelor of Arts in History.

I went on to earn my Master’s in Education from Lincoln Memorial University, followed by both my Ed.S. and Ed.D. from Carson-Newman University. Throughout my career, I have also been heavily involved in athletics, serving as an assistant football coach for 10 years, an assistant basketball coach for 8 years, and head girls basketball coach for 3 years.

For the past six years, I have served as Athletic Director, and for the last five years, I have also worked as an Assistant Principal. I am passionate about creating a positive school culture, supporting student-athletes, and helping all students grow academically, athletically, and as individuals.
