School Registration
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
All returning CDHS students and CDMS students must complete online registration prior to in person registration.
After online registration is complete, please come to in-person registration on the following days and times based on the student's grade-level for the upcoming school year. Park in the student parking lot and enter the auditorium entrance.
If you are a new student, please complete the online registration and you will be contacted by someone in the counseling deparment to schedule a day to fully register. Please do not come on July 27 or 28.
- Monday, July 27-- Incoming Seniors and incoming Sophomores (8:30-11:30am, 12:00-3:00pm)
- Tuesday, July 28-- Incoming Juniors and incoming Freshmen (8:30-11:30, 1:00-3:30)
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- All parents/students: bring cash or check written to CDHS for school fees (no cards please).
- New parents/students to CDHS: please bring immunizations on TN form, birth certificate, utility bill of home residence with parent/guardian name, and any other documents pertinent to school such as court documents, etc.
- All students who are not zoned for CDHS must provide the following documentation from their previous school for approval:
- grades
- attendance
- discipline record
